integrated real estate development and management companies with
activities and investments across the United States. LGI is
headquartered in Portland, Maine.
LGI's early projects focused on residential and FmHA (RD) 515
government subsidized housing projects. Rapid growth during the 80's
soon led LGI to become one of the leading developers in commercial
and residential real estate in Maine and the Northeast. LGI's
subsidiaries include Equity Builders, Inc., a full service general
contracting firm and Liberty Management, Inc., specializing in
